Head Client Engagement & Hospitality Role Summary: We are looking for a service-obsessed leader to drive premium client experiences for high-net-worth families. This role blends elite hospitality standards, ensuring every touchpoint reflects discretion, empathy, and excellence. Key Responsibilities HNW Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship lead for HNW families—anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and building lifelong trust. Luxury Experience & Service Design Create and refine white-glove protocols that mirror luxury hospitality, with a focus on confidentiality, responsiveness, and personalization. End-to-End Service Oversight Streamline concierge operations from onboarding to ongoing care, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams. Cross-Functional Leadership (Leadership) Lead and inspire a high-performing service team, driving continuous training in empathy, privacy, and elevated service etiquette. Experience Innovation Leverage client insights to evolve offerings, influence product direction, and scale the Service experience with consistency and flair. Requirements Degree in Hospitality or Business with 3–8 years of experience in premium hospitality, luxury wellness, or concierge service Proven exposure to HNW client servicing and team leadership Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Deep understanding of luxury service psychology Startup agility with a passion for service personalization
