Vice President Enterprise Security Research and Solution Development (ESRD)

Job Description: As the Vice President of Enterprise Security Research and Solution Development (ESRD) at REBIT, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the ESRD Business Unit. Your main responsibility will be to strategize and execute all functions within this unit, focusing on providing next-generation products and solutions in the areas of Cyber Security for the Cyber Security (CS) and System Audit (SA) verticals. You will lead a team in conducting core research, developing state-of-the-art solutions, and enhancing products based on the RBI Enterprise Platform. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the ESRD Business Unit, collaborating with multiple domain areas and COEs to drive Security Research and formulate AI/ML models. - Develop tools, solutions, and applications that are proactive, smart, and AI/ML enabled to meet the needs of the CS and SA verticals. - Establish a high-performing team and delivery models to build Cyber security-based solutions and products for CS, SA, and Project Management functions. - Focus on NexGen Audit Tools, autonomous AI/ML models, threat detection, endpoint security, and other advanced cybersecurity solutions. Qualifications Required: - Graduatedegree in information systems, engineering, technology, computer science, or a related field. - Masters degree in technology/management preferred. - Extensive experience in technology function or research, preferably in financial services. - Strong understanding of application development, databases, networking, and cybersecurity technologies. - Hands-on experience in software development is preferred. - Advanced knowledge of Technology Risk Management and cybersecurity Controls. - Proficient understanding of current regulatory and industry events. - Experience in building solutions and products in Cyber security and AI/ML. - Relevant professional certifications are a plus.,
