Job Description

As Vice President Corporate Strategy in the listed manufacturing company based in Kolkata/West Bengal, your role will involve overseeing the strategic direction of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring industry trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, and identifying new investment and business opportunities. - Developing and using financial models to support strategic decisions, budgeting, and capital allocation. - Undertaking M&A transactions and leading the due diligence work for commercial, financial, and legal aspects. - Identifying and building critical organizational capabilities to support strategy execution. - Ensuring the achievement of key strategic objectives and outcomes across the organization. - Acting as a key advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Directors. To qualify for this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - Any CA/B.E./B.Tech with MBA (Finance/Marketing) from any top B-School. - Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, finance business strategy, market analysis, and market development in a consulting firm/Big 4 or corporate strategy. Please note that you will be reporting directly to the directors in this role.,
