Vice President-Business Audit

Role Overview: The Risk Testing Group (RTG) at Goldman Sachs is looking for a Vice President to join their team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New York, Dallas, or Salt Lake City. As part of RTG, you will be responsible for independent oversight of financial and non-financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal expectations. Your main mandate will involve the independent review of models, data, processes, controls, and systems related to Credit, Market, Operational, and Liquidity risk areas. The role will require you to work on challenging projects, interact with various stakeholders, and provide analysis to ensure holistic risk management practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an understanding of the firm's risk management framework, models, methodology, techniques, and processes. - Conduct independent reviews of key regulatory and internal initiatives and communicate results through formal reports. - Validate the firm's qualitative models by verifying conceptual soundness, methodology, and implementation. - Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, present results to senior management committees and regulators. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a bachelor's degree required. Masters in a quantitative discipline preferred. - Qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) can also be considered. - Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are preferred.
