Job Description

Position Objective-

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to make Beem the leading consumer energy brand in India. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of business results, team building, and market growth.

Key responsibilities areas-

 Own and deliver the P&L for Beem’s residential solar business.

 Drive rapid revenue growth to ₹1000 Cr+ in 3 years.

 Build and lead inside sales, on-ground sales, and partnerships across key geographies.

 Scale consumer acquisition through digital, assisted, and partner channels.

 Build fast, seamless fulfillment and service processes with high NPS.

 Drive partnerships with financiers, suppliers, channel partners, and the solar ecosystem.

 Build and track core KPIs: revenue, margins, CAC/LTV, sales productivity, NPS, ops TAT.

 Work with Tech/Product to automate and streamline sales and ops processes.

 Build and lead a strong consumer business team with a high-performance culture.
