senior-level AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Architect / Technical Leader

1. Core Function:

Knowledge & Skills:

• Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including Sites, Assets, Workflows, Publisher and Dispatcher.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of integrating AEM with third-party services (e.g., REST APIs, CRM systems).
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Launch.
• Ability to define and implement tracking strategies aligned with business KPIs.
• Experience with debugging tools like Adobe Experience Platform Debugger
• Familiarity with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (preferably Azure) with very strong background in understanding DevOps pipeline.
• Frontend knowledge and skills (desirable) - React.js , Angular, HTML5, CSS3
• Able to use team collaboration tools Teams, Jira, Confluence, etc.

Experience:

• Minimum 16+ years of industry experience with atleast 12 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience with release processes including automated CI/CD DevOps pipelines to get code through test environments and to production
• Experience working in fast paced agile environments and have understanding of agile/scrum project planning, execution and risk management
• Leadership experience in managing teams of 10+ size
• Ability to navigate through multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
• Solid knowledge of design patterns and refactoring concepts
• Practical expertise in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problem analysis
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in AEM and related technologies
• Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly
• Experience contributing to, and achieving, continuous improvement goals

Graduate in any discipline
