Job Description

As the Vice President of Finance and Accounts, your role will focus on financial planning, reporting, compliance, risk management, cost efficiency, technology enablement, stakeholder management, and strategic partnerships to support business growth and financial sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Financial Planning and Analysis:** - Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of key performance indicators and financial trends. - Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives. - **Financial Reporting and Compliance:** - Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with regulatory requirements. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal control procedures. - Develop and maintain financial policies and internal controls to safeguard company assets. - **Treasury and Cash Management:** - Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital management to optimize cash resources. - Monitor banking relationships and cash balances to minimize financing costs and mitigate liquidity risks. - **Financial Risk Management:** - Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through hedging strategies and risk management policies. - Develop and maintain a risk management framework to ensure proactive risk management across the organization. - **Cost Management and Efficiency:** - Analyze cost structures and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. - Implement cost control measures to optimize spending and improve profitability. - **Financial Systems and Technology:** - Evaluate, implement, and optimize financial systems and accounting software to support financial operations. - Leverage technology solutions to streamline financial processes and enhance decision-making. - **Stakeholder Management and Strategic Partnerships:** - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align financial goals with overall business objectives. - Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, regulators, and financial institutions.
