Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a VFX Supervisor at SQB Pictures, located in New Delhi. The VFX Supervisor will oversee the visual effects process for films, closely collaborating with directors, producers, and creative teams to achieve the desired visual style. Daily responsibilities include supervising computer graphics, animation, lighting, and VFX integration during both production and post-production phases. The successful candidate will lead a team of artists and ensure the highest standards of visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Expertise in VFX Supervision to manage and guide VFX projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in Computer Graphics and Animation to oversee the creation of high-quality VFX assets.
• Generative AI experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in Lighting and ensuring seamless integration of visual effects into live-action footage.
• Solid understanding of Film Production processes and workflows to align VFX with the director’s vision.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor artists effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical and artistic challenges in VFX pipelines.
• Experience with industry-standard VFX and compositing software is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Effects, Film Production, Animation, or related fields is a plus.
