VFX Supervisor - Films

As a VFX Supervisor at SQB Pictures in New Delhi, your role will involve overseeing the visual effects process for films. You will closely collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to achieve the desired visual style. Your daily responsibilities will include supervising computer graphics, animation, lighting, and VFX integration during both production and post-production phases. It will be your responsibility to lead a team of artists and ensure the highest standards of visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and guide VFX projects from inception to completion. - Oversee the creation of high-quality VFX assets through expertise in Computer Graphics and Animation. - Utilize Generative AI experience if available to enhance VFX projects. - Ensure seamless integration of visual effects into live-action footage by demonstrating strong skills in Lighting. - Align VFX with the directors" vision by having a solid understanding of Film Production processes and workflows. - Guide and mentor artists effectively with excellent leadership and team management skills. - Troubleshoot technical and artistic challenges in VFX pipelines with attention to detail. - Preferably have experience with industry-standard VFX and compositing software. Qualifications: - Expertise in VFX Supervision for managing and guiding VFX projects. - Proficiency in Computer Graphics and Animation for overseeing high-quality VFX assets. - Generative AI experience is a plus. - Strong skills in Lighting and seamless VFX integration into live-action footage. - Solid understanding of Film Production processes and workflows. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to troubleshoot technical and artistic challenges in VFX pipelines. - Experience with industry-standard VFX and compositing software is highly preferred. - A Bachelors degree in Visual Effects, Film Production, Animation, or related fields is a plus.
