Role Overview We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Veterinary Doctor to lead clinical operations at our Noida clinics. The role involves providing high-quality medical consultations and treatments for dogs and cats, while following PetStreet’s standardized medical and ethical protocols. You’ll practice within a brand-led, systemized environment that ensures professional independence with complete operational support — staff assistance, pharmacy, reception, and a strong client base. Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations, vaccinations, and treatments for dogs and cats. Perform minor procedures and supervise medical assistants during treatments. Maintain accurate medical records for every patient using digital systems. Prescribe from PetStreet’s approved medicine formulary and veterinary diets. Collaborate with reception and pharmacy teams for seamless client experience. Participate in brand training sessions and protocol reviews to ensure standardization. Compensation Model Revenue Split: 50% Consultation & Treatment Fees 100% Pharmacy & Retail Sales retained by PetStreet Performance-based monthly incentives on clinic performance and pharmacy conversions. Additional growth opportunities as PetStreet expands across NCR. Eligibility & Requirements BVSc & AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry) or higher. Valid registration with the Veterinary Council of India or State Veterinary Council. 2–5 years of small animal practice experience preferred. Excellent communication & pet-parent handling skills. Strong clinical judgment and ethics. Ethics & Brand Policy No personal consultations or home visits with PetStreet clients. No external brand promotions or MR affiliations.
