Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinarian at our clinic located in Chandigarh, India. The Veterinarian will diagnose and treat illnesses, assist in surgeries, administer vaccinations, and provide preventative care. Additional responsibilities include providing expert guidance to pet owners regarding nutrition, hygiene, and tailored care for their pets, as well as supporting health screenings and managing patient records efficiently.

Qualifications

• Veterinary medical knowledge, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, assisting in surgeries, and administering vaccinations.
• Proficiency in areas such as dental care, laboratory diagnostics, and interpreting imaging such as X-rays.
• Excellent communication skills to educate and assist pet owners with care plans and advice.
• Ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records using modern tools.
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to delivering ethical and high-quality care to pets and their owners.
• BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) degree and relevant certifications, along with appropriate licensing to practice in India.
• Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital is preferred but not mandatory.
