VES Platform Lead

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Vehicle Electrical Systems (VES) deliverables across vehicle programs, ensuring alignment with overall program timelines, budget, and performance targets.

• Define, track, and monitor program milestones, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and schedule expectations.

• Plan, allocate, and monitor the VES budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

• Perform resource mapping and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate staffing and technical support.

• Oversee end-to-end project timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation plans.

• Identify, assess, and escalate program risks in a timely manner to ensure proactive resolution.

• Develop and manage project communication plans to maintain transparency and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to program management processes, deliverables, and milestone requirements.

• Support issue resolution through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, validation, quality, and supplier teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the New Product Development (NPD) and program management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Vehicle Electrical, Electronics, and Software (VES) systems.

• Proven experience in program management within automotive or related engineering domains.

• Solid knowledge of New Product Development (NPD) processes and program execution methodologies.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Demonstrated experience in risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.

• Proficiency in project planning tools and techniques.

• B.E required.
