Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling customers for direct sales with utilities & industries as well as managing channels for product business. Your knowledge of MV power distribution and system house concept will be essential, along with familiarity with various protection applications for Numerical relays, SCADA/SAS, and medium voltage panels/breakers up to 33KV. It will be your duty to manage sales activities of MV panels/breakers, SAS, Numerical relay & retrofit business according to the business plan. You will also need to prepare and submit bids for all enquiries from Utility/Industry/EPC/Channel, coordinate with Siemens HQ in Germany, and the local execution team for timely order execution during pre/post-sales activities. Additionally, customer visits/interaction, spec-in activity, competitor product analysis, sales target achievement, sales promotion, and presentation to customers will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customers for direct sales with utilities & industries - Manage channels for product business - Have knowledge of MV power distribution and system house concept - Familiarity with protection applications for Numerical relays, SCADA/SAS, and medium voltage panels/breakers up to 33KV - Manage sales activities of MV panels/breakers, SAS, Numerical relay & retrofit business - Prepare and submit bids for enquiries from Utility/Industry/EPC/Channel - Coordinate with Siemens HQ in Germany & local execution team for order execution - Conduct customer visits/interaction and spec-in activity - Identify new customers for conversion to SIEMENS - Perform competitor product analysis and prepare comparative charts & price strategy - Prepare & implement action plan for achieving sales target - Conduct sales promotion & presentation to customers - Provide yearly & monthly forecasting for EA product business - Identify channel partners for appointment and support for promotion of business Qualifications: - B.E. Electrical/ B Tech/ Diploma Electrical with proven record and good knowledge in MV Panels, Numerical relays, SCADA/SAS, customer knowledge, sales techniques - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role - Willingness to travel extensively - Location: Kerala (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
