About the Company:

We are a global documents verification company specializing in background checks, education verification, and document validation for clients across multiple industries. Our focus is on accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct verification of educational and professional documents for global and domestic clients.
• Communicate with universities, colleges, and other institutions for data validation and record verification.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information while maintaining confidentiality of data.
• Update internal databases and prepare verification reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Meet daily/weekly verification and quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Experience: 1 year in data validation / background verification / Academic Council
• Freshers with excellent communication and documentation skills are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good command over English (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based verification tools.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
