This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective customer engagement, delivering persuasive sales presentations, mentoring new team members, and managing daily sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and persuasive timeshare sales presentations at the venue. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Engage with prospective customers to understand their travel preferences and offer suitable timeshare solutions. Provide on-the-job training to new sales staff and support their development. Monitor and manage individual and team sales performance. Maintain up-to-date records of sales leads, customer interactions, and transactions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed company targets. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience in Timeshare Venue Sales is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong sales and sales management abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in staff training and development . Background in the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
