Maintain accurate records of all venue-related financial transactions, including bookings, vendor payments, and client invoices.
Prepare and verify bills, handle cash and card payments, and ensure timely reconciliation of daily sales and expenses.
Track venue expenses, verify vendor bills, and ensure cost control in coordination with the operations team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review, highlighting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure all financial records comply with company policies, GST/TDS regulations, and maintain proper documentation for audits.
Liaise with the head office, event managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations during events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 9 per week
