Venture Capital Investments Analyst

As a Venture Capital Investment Analyst, you will be part of a Mumbai-based investment firm's new venture capital arm, leading early-stage investments and contributing to building the platform from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: - Source, evaluate, and lead early-stage investments across various sectors. - Conduct diligence, financial modeling, and engage with founders. - Structure deals and oversee the full investment lifecycle. - Provide support to portfolio companies on strategy, hiring, and scaling. - Assist in developing internal investment processes and building the team. - Represent the firm in the startup ecosystem to enhance deal flow. Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience in venture capital, private investing, or startups. - Demonstrated track record in deal execution and establishing partnerships with founders. - Experience in creating platforms, building teams, and implementing investment processes. - In-depth understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem. - Must be located in Mumbai or willing to relocate. - Possess founder empathy and robust strategic execution skills.
