Vendor Partnership Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire clients and vendors for collaboration. You will be required to identify potential client companies and develop proposals for recruitment/staffing partnerships. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors is crucial, acting as the main point of contact and resolving any issues promptly. To drive business growth, you will need to create and execute strategies to increase vendor collaboration opportunities. Keeping track of market trends in staffing and recruitment will be essential for identifying new partnership areas and meeting acquisition targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Facilitating the onboarding process for clients and vendors, including ensuring legal and compliance documentation is complete, is also part of the job. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and agreements in the CRM system is necessary. Collaboration with internal teams, particularly the recruitment team, to understand hiring requirements is important. You will be responsible for preparing regular reports on vendor acquisition progress, challenges, and successes, and presenting pipeline updates to senior management.
