Vendor Operations Manager, Recruiting Partner Operations

As a Recruiting Partner Operations Manager at Google, you will have an opportunity to work in Hyderabad, Telangana, India or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You will be responsible for optimizing Google's recruiting vendor relationships by combining operational expertise with an understanding of staffing workflows, acquired through collaboration with subject matter experts. With a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in commodity management, agreement facilitation, supplier development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes, you will oversee vendor adherence to Service Level Agreements, performance metrics, and quality standards. Your role includes implementing strategies to enhance vendor productivity and efficiency continually. Preferred qualifications for this role include 5 years of experience in vendor operations, specifically in governance and change management processes. You should also have expertise in the RFP process, agreement negotiation, and defining performance goals for vendors. Your ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, interact with executive leadership, and communicate effectively from business, process, and technical perspectives will be crucial. In this position, you will build relationships with Recruiting stakeholders, analyze performance data to identify improvement areas, conduct regular business reviews, provide thought leadership, troubleshoot complex problems, and foster a solutions-oriented mindset to maximize vendor performance. Your excellent communication and presentation skills, paired with program management abilities, will enable you to work collaboratively within teams and drive vendor accountability for achieving hiring goals and process excellence.,
