Vendor Manager

Experienced individuals with experience in purchase field for interior and construction field needed. Responsibilities involve vendor creation, taking party rates and comparing, negotiations, party payments and followups, purchase order issuance etc Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day purchase activities and maintain proper documentation. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requisitions. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules. Follow up on material deliveries and maintain records of GRNs (Goods Received Notes). Maintain vendor database and assist in evaluating vendor performance. Assist in cost comparison and price negotiation records. Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams for smooth procurement workflow. Ensure timely closure of all documentation related to purchases. Maintain records of purchase invoices, delivery notes, and material inward entries.
