Vendor Management Specialist – Vendor Channel

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)

Experience: Minimum 3 years (with at least 2 years in Vendor Channel / self sourcing)

Preferred: Experience in a staffing/recruitment firm or a strong sourcing background in Talent Acquisition.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Vendor Manager to own vendor relationships, drive closures, and ensure timely, quality delivery across assigned requirements. The role requires close coordination with vendors, business teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve hiring excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with staffing vendors and ensure quality profile submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Track vendor performance, review highlights and low-lights, and drive improvements.
• Ensure accountability for closures and delivery targets within your vertical.
• Build and maintain rapport with both vendors and business stakeholders.

What We are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment/staffing; at least 3years in vendor management .
• Candidates with a strong sourcing background in Talent Acquisition are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience using ATS or recruitment management tools.
