Job Description

We are looking for a FEMALE Vendor Management Executive to join our growing team at Kapra Buyerzkart Digital Commerce Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Kapra Daily – an online marketplace for fashion and lifestyle products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor communication, onboarding, and product listing on our platform. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with vendors across India via phone, email, and chat Proficiently handle tele calling in Hindi, Malayalam, and English Knowing Tamil or other Indian languages is an added advantage Negotiate prices, deals, and vendor terms Onboard vendors onto the Kapra Daily platform Collect and upload vendor/product details to the system Coordinate with internal teams for order management and logistics Maintain accurate records of vendors and their product catalogs Ensure vendor satisfaction and long-term engagement Requirements: Good communication skills – spoken and written Language Proficiency: Hindi, Malayalam, English (Tamil is a plus) Computer knowledge – MS Excel, product uploading, online tools Previous experience in vendor handling, customer support, or telecalling Must be able to work in a startup culture – proactive, flexible, and responsible Female candidates preferred Benefits: Attractive salary based on experience and performance Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing startup Friendly and supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
