Store Executive – Supermarket Locations: Tripunithura (Puthiyakavu Store) & Vennala Store Immediate Joining Preferred About the Role: We are looking for energetic and responsible Store Executives to oversee daily operations at our supermarkets in Puthiyakavu, Tripunithura and Vennala . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, excellent customer service, and efficient team management. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the supermarket. Handle customer queries and provide excellent service. Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are correctly displayed. Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team. Prepare daily sales reports and assist in billing activities. Assist with store promotions and seasonal campaigns. Manage product categories and ensure correct placement. Refill products in racks and ensure shelves are well-stocked. Assist in billing and operate POS systems efficiently. Perform regular product checking for quality and expiry dates. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/supermarket operations. Basic computer knowledge (billing, stock entry, reporting). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends. Education: Plus Two / Degree in any discipline.
