Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive Sous Chef / Chef De Cuisine in the Hotels & Restaurants industry, your main role will be to initiate action plans to achieve best in class Food Quality, Food Safety, Prep Time, and Order to Delivery time. You will guide in the development of high culinary standards, create and maintain SOPs for smooth operations, and innovate and implement new ideas to keep costs within the budget. Your responsibilities will also include conducting audits, working with external vendors, liaising with different teams, driving brand expansion, and staying updated with market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate action plans to ensure dishes at every unit are ready within 30-35 minutes - Develop high culinary standards in terms of Food Quality, Food Safety, and Operation process - Create and maintain SOPs for smooth operations - Coordinate with the business team for pricing, descriptions, and pictures of dishes - Innovate and develop products and processes to promote Brand recognition - Conduct audits at different units to check the quality of food and hygiene - Implement new ideas to keep costs within the budget - Work with external vendors to improve cost efficiency - Validate pricing of dishes with the Finance team - Provide training and optimum scheduling for Culinary staff & Apprentices - Drive brand expansion and growth through market analysis - Liaise with various teams for new locations and smooth operations - Identify market trends and areas for market leadership - Evaluate vendors for procurement of ingredients - Collaborate with teams for Menu / Category development and implementation - Plan manpower, staffing, and training needs with the HR team - Collaborate with Finance, operations team, SCM, and Vendors Partners on cost and maintenance issues Qualification Required: - Graduate/ 3 year Diploma in Hotel Management from Govt. Recognized Institute - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the QSR / Catering Companies (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the Job Description),
