Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience

• Knowledge of failure modes, diagnostics, and structured root cause analysis methods.

• Ability to prepare clear, concise, and technically sound reports.

• Understanding of durability test procedures, customer usage patterns, and vehicle systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
