Job Description

Job Summary

This SO is for IJM. We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 5 years of experience in the Veeva Vault Platform and a strong background in Research and Development. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive product success. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of Veeva Vault Platform to meet business requirements.
Oversee the development and maintenance of system documentation and user guides.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault Platform issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Veeva Vault with other systems.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
Train end-users on the effective use of Veeva Vault Platform and related processes.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure alignment of Veeva Vault Platform with Research and Development objectives.
Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to achieve project goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Veeva Vault and Research and Development.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the organization.

Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background in Veeva Vault Platform with at least 5 years of experience.
Demonstrate expertise in Research and Development domain with practical experience.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Show proficiency in system configuration documentation and user training.
Have a solid understanding of regulatory compliance and data integrity standards.
Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.
