Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in Regulatory-Veeva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeva and a good understanding of Research and Development. This hybrid role requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Veeva solutions to meet regulatory requirements
Oversee the development and maintenance of Veeva applications
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
Ensure the quality and performance of Veeva applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of Veeva solutions
Monitor and troubleshoot Veeva applications to resolve any issues
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Veeva and regulatory technologies
Document technical specifications and user guides for Veeva applications
Conduct training sessions for team members on Veeva best practices
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Support the integration of Veeva applications with other systems and platforms

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Regulatory-Veeva with 5 to 9 years of experience
Have a good understanding of Research and Development domain skills
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
Show proficiency in developing and maintaining Veeva applications
Display knowledge of best practices in Veeva implementation and support
Have experience in leading technical teams and projects
Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model
Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet regulatory requirements
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Veeva and related technologies
Be able to document technical specifications and user guides clearly
Have the ability to conduct training sessions for team members
Be proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues.
