Job Overview:

VDI Support Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Support our VDI platform.
  • Deploy and manage software applications within the VDI environment.
  • Provision/de-provision users, manage access, and ensure secure configurations.
  • Respond to user support queries and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Document processes, issues, and solutions to build internal knowledge bases.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, or AVD).
  • Experience with

    software packaging and deployment

    tools.
  • Working knowledge of

    SAML authentication

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Active Directory

    , group policy, and Windows OS configuration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.


Preferred:

  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications
  • Experience in a support/helpdesk in Virtual environment
