In this role at Infoscion, a typical day will involve diving into customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, crafting innovative solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through successful deployments. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing proposals by taking ownership of sections of the proposal document and contributing to solution design based on your expertise. - Planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design, conducting pilots, and aiding in addressing queries related to requirements and solution design. - Hosting solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops, and creating effort estimates that align with customer budgetary needs and organizational financial guidelines. - Leading small projects actively and participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver top-notch, value-adding solutions to clients. Additionally, you will also be entrusted with the following supplementary responsibilities: - Creating value-driven strategies and models to empower clients in innovating, driving growth, and enhancing business profitability. - Demonstrating expertise in software configuration management systems and staying abreast of the latest industry technologies and trends. - Applying logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration abilities. - Understanding financial processes for different project types and pricing models, evaluating current processes for enhancements, and proposing technological solutions. - Possessing expertise in one or two industry domains, client interaction skills, and project and team management capabilities. Preferred Skills: - Technology: EUC-VDI (Citrix XenDesktop, Vmware Horizon View) and Server Virtualization (Citrix XenServer).,
