VBA Developer - Analyst

As a Facilities Mgmt Group Manager at Citi, you will be accountable for managing complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. You will lead and direct a team of professionals, requiring a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve objectives. Your in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions and commercial awareness is crucial. You will be responsible for delivering a full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions. Excellent communication skills are required for internal negotiations, often at a senior level, with some external communication possibly necessary. Your responsibilities will include exercising control over resources, policy formulation, planning, and full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, encompassing people management, budgeting, planning, performance evaluation, and more. Responsibilities: - Partner with Corporate Real Estate Services (CRS) and the business to develop and execute strategy and detailed implementation plans for the Cards - Manage on-site Citi Realty Services (CRS) and business leads in space planning and Onboarding of new businesses and individuals - Prepare and present executive level updates on facilities developments, projects, and future plans regularly - Develop site strategy, gain approval, and execute development and redesign work for key sites in collaboration with CRS partners - Work cross-functionally to implement technology upgrades such as Wi-Fi and video conferencing capabilities - Ensure ample hoteling space across sites in coordination with the CWS (Citi Work Strategies) team - Develop growth plans, investment strategy, and manage overall site budget for the Cards business efficiently and effectively - Actively participate in site leadership boards - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with laws and regulations, and applying sound ethical judgment Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant experience Education: - Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.,
