VAT Analyst

As a Customer Account Manager at our company, your role will involve maintaining ongoing customer relationships, contributing to customer retention, onboarding, and training clients. You will be responsible for providing insights on client-to-business interactions, improving customer experience through product support, and handling customer queries. Key Responsibilities: - Stay up to date with UAE VAT regulations and Dubai E-Invoicing requirements (e.g., FTA guidelines) to ensure project activities are compliant. - Assist clients in setting up, integrating, and maintaining E-Invoicing systems as per UAE regulatory standards. - Guide clients in preparing and filing VAT returns accurately and in a timely manner. - Address any E-Invoicing or VAT-related queries from project stakeholders. - Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for E-Invoicing implementation projects. - Maintain project charters and detailed implementation documentation, and publish regular project status updates to stakeholders. - Act as a liaison between internal teams (Engineering, Product, Compliance) and clients, and communicate E-Invoicing requirements, updates, and best practices to project stakeholders. - Identify potential risks during E-Invoicing implementation or compliance cycles, propose mitigation strategies, and assist in resolving issues that may arise during project execution. - Work closely with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Product Management, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory adherence. Qualifications Required: - Social and analytical skills. - Aptitude for learning and using new software. - Clear and effective communication skills. - Knowledge of Project Management, Indirect Taxation, Dubai E-Invoicing regulations, Govt and Cygnet API, customer training, and VAT return filing process.
