Job Description Technologies Is Hiring DevOps Support (Remote) We are looking for a skilled DevOps Support Engineer to join our team remotely! If you have experience in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD, and infrastructure automation, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Handle DevOps support tickets related to AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. Work with Terraform, Helm, and GitHub Actions for infrastructure deployment. Troubleshoot AWS services (EKS, CloudFront, RDS, S3, IAM, networking). Support security compliance with SonarQube, AWS GuardDuty, and Trivy. Assist with GitOps-driven database changes using ArgoCD or FluxCD. Required Skills & Experience 5-6+ years as a Database Administrator (DBA) with a focus on PostgreSQL. 3+ years managing MongoDB Atlas or self-managed MongoDB on AWS. Strong expertise in Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL) backup, security, and high availability. Knowledge of query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus. Exposure to DevOps/cloud infrastructure and handling support tickets. Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions). Understanding of AWS networking, IAM, and security best practices. Experience with SOC 2 compliance and security controls for databases. Preferred Qualifications PostgreSQL DBA certification is a plus. Experience with AWS disaster recovery and cross-region failover strategies. Familiarity with FluxCD or ArgoCD for GitOps-driven database management. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and infrastructure automation.
