As a Varicent ICM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring Varicent ICM components based on business requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Varicent ICM Experience: - Demonstrated expertise with Varicent Composer, Reports, Web Forms, Schedule modules, system configuration, and model building. - SQL Proficiency: - Strong skills in writing SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting within the Varicent environment. - ETL Knowledge: - Understanding of ETL methodologies and experience in building data pipelines. - Sales Compensation Knowledge: - Familiarity with sales compensation concepts, commission structures, and performance metrics. - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions. - Communication and Collaboration: - Effective communication with both technical and business teams. - Agile Development: - Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
