Varicent ICM Developer

Job Description: Our client, a trusted global innovator of IT and business services, is seeking a Varicent ICM Developer to join their team. As a Varicent ICM Developer, you will play a key role in developing Varicent ICM products and contributing to the company's success. This is a contract-to-hire position with a hybrid work mode, and we are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in this field. Key Responsibilities: - Prior experience in Varicent ICM product development is essential. - Possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience working with Varicent ICM. - Demonstrated expertise in development efforts related to Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). - Experience with migrating to Varicent ICM Cloud is considered a significant advantage. - Strong functional knowledge of agency commissions management within the Life Insurance sector, including an understanding of hierarchies.
