Valuation - Senior Executive

Role Overview: Nexdigm is a multidisciplinary group offering customized solutions to global organizations across various industries. As part of the Valuation team, you will be involved in financial modeling, business valuation, and transaction advisory services. Your role will require you to handle corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and infrastructure projects, while ensuring high-quality deliverables for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Transaction Advisory team in financial advisory and valuation assignments, including corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, joint ventures, and regulatory matters such as FEMA and Transfer pricing. - Develop financial models for infrastructure projects and determine the fair market value of intangibles like brand value, customer contracts, and patents. - Support the in-house Due Diligence Team on transactions by providing valuation expertise. - Manage clients effectively, lead a team, and demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Embrace a variety of assignments, exhibit a strong learning curve, and maintain excellent oral and written communication. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in various types of valuation, with a preference for business valuation experience. - Proven client management skills and prior experience in team handling. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA/Marcos, and financial modeling. - Strong analytical capability, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work effectively in a team, take on responsibilities quickly, and adapt to different sectors and geographies. - Core competencies include service orientation, result orientation, initiative, professionalism, cooperation, and effective communication.
