Client Management Ability to understand client expectation and articulate problems/solutions Team Management Ability to assume the operational responsibilities of the team both for client delivery as well as internal learning and development. Financial Modeling Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building business valuation models. Knowledge of VBA/Marcos Sale and Marketing Developing and implementing practice specific S&M campaigns. Technical skillsets: Accounting Good knowledge of accounting standards and reading financial statements. Tax Understanding of direct tax implications of transactions The candidate shall be assisting the Valuation team on the following Financial advisory and Valuation assignments: Corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc. On various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc. Financial modeling for infrastructure projects To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have, Should have some experience in valuation from either Big 4 or reputed valuation firm. 2-4 years of experience in doing different types of valuation. Excellent and written communication skills Analytical capability and the ability to think strategically Strong team player and self-starter with ability to assume responsibility quickly. Open to significant variety in assignments Client management skills Must exhibit a strong learning curve
