Valuation Engineer

Role Summary

As a Valuation Engineer at CSV Techno Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for physical inspection of Land/building of various nature like residential/ commercial/ industrial/ lands to collect the data related to size, specification etc, and to collect data of economical dynamics with prevailing market rates of land /property in that locality. Extensive travel on 2-wheeler is the basic requirement for field engineers, others can be considered for office job.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits to inspect and survey properties (residential, commercial, and industrial).

- Collect and verify data from site, including measurements, photographs, and technical documents

- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for assets such as land, buildings, plant and machinery, equipment, and infrastructure projects as per company standards.

- Coordinate with clients, team members, and external agencies for information and documents.

- Perform technical due diligence and project appraisals when required

- Work with companys proprietary software for valuations and report generation

- Maintain timely project deliveries and follow up on client feedback.

- Update field expense reports and compose confidential documentation for banks and institutions

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related technical field

- Strong technical knowledge of asset classes and valuation methodologies

- Proficiency in using computers, valuation software, and reporting templates

- Possession of driving a two-wheeler for site visits (required), willing to ride 100/150 km daily or you can use Rapido bikes

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Location

- Based in New Delhi with travel to site locations (New Delhi/NCR, Haryana, Indore, Jaipur)
