We are seeking a passionate and motivated Vacation Executive to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals new to the travel industry to start their career in the exciting world of vacation planning and travel coordination. As a Vacation Executive, you will assist clients in planning and booking their vacation experiences while gaining valuable exposure to the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Assist customers in choosing the right vacation packages based on their preferences, budget, and travel goals.
  • Booking Assistance: Help with reservations for hotels, flights, transportation, and activities to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Itinerary Support: Provide support in crafting customized itineraries that meet customer needs, ensuring all details are in place for a smooth vacation.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, answer questions about travel options, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel Information: Provide clients with up-to-date information about destinations, travel documents (visas, insurance), and other essential travel details.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, payments, and preferences.
  • Promotions and Deals: Assist in promoting special offers and vacation packages to clients, highlighting benefits and discounts.
  • Learning & Development: Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and the company’s offerings to offer the best service possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or entry-level experience in hospitality, tourism, or any related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Proefficient with Microsoft Office, Google sheets,, Emails etc
  • Willingness to learn about the travel industry and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any stream
