Job Description

Central Maintenance Body Staff Function Press Shop Maintenance, Spare Part Procurement & Maintenance Planning

Equipment spare parts procurement at the request of concern shop.
Should have good trouble shooting skill & should be able to do root cause analysis and counter measure implementation.
Techno commercial expert for Spare Procurement should be able to analyze the cost for maintenance activities and identify/plan for revenue budget.
Spare inventory check and reorder for concern Shop.
Planning of Spare Procurement and its Execution.
Good knowledge of Planned maintenance.
Should have basis knowledge of both electrical and mechanical.
Should be knowledge of machine drawing.
Vendor dealing and strong follow up required.

Specific Function Skill

Must have good Communication Skill English (To be able to read, write, and talk)
Must have good Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Power point).
Knowledge of maintenance of hydraulic equipment and pneumatic equipment.
Must be able to understand electrical/mechanical drawings.
Good Knowledge of mechanical stamping machine.
Good knowledge about operation and maintenance of Servo Presses.
Must be able to understand spare part specification.
Procurement process and spare part management.
