UX/UI-Senior Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can balance creative vision with product usability and has the confidence to lead user-centric design for digital platforms. Youll work across cross-functional teams to design innovative, functional, and intuitive web-based applications, especially in complex and data-heavy environments. You will also guide junior designers and ensure design consistency across products.

Key Responsibilities

Translate product requirements into thoughtful user experiences.

Create detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.

Own and evolve design systems, UI kits, and component libraries.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.

Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.

Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility and responsive design best practices.

Review work from junior designers and maintain overall design quality.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure adoption of modern UX/UI practices.

Required Qualifications

58 years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in product-driven or SaaS environments.

Proficiency in Figma is a must (design systems, components, prototyping, collaboration).

Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and interaction design.

Portfolio that demonstrates complex, functional UX/UI work.

Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
