We are seeking a

skilled and creative UI\/UX Designer to join our team and take full ownership of designing intuitive, elegant, and conversion-focused website and web application interfaces. You will work closely with our project managers, developers, and clients to conceptualise, wireframe, and design digital experiences that not only look great but also perform effectively across platforms.This role requires someone who has a strong portfolio ofresponsive websites, eCommerce interfaces, profile sites, and web applications, with proven experience delivering impactful UI\/UX solutions for a diverse range of digital projects.Joining: ImmediateBenefits: PF \/ ESI ApplicableExperience: 2\u20134yearsJob Type: Full-timeJob Location: Iyyapanthangal, Porur, Chennai.CTC : Upto 4 LPA Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.Create sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for responsive websites and web applications.Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for eCommerce websites, company profile sites, and custom web apps.Ensure responsive behaviour across breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop).Build design systems and reusable UI components for consistency and scalability.Conduct user journey mapping, UX audits, and usability reviews.Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation and interactions.Optimise interfaces for speed, performance, accessibility, and conversion.Use design thinking to solve UX problems with a user-first approach.Stay updated with modern UI\/UX design trends, tools, and practices.
