Senior UI/ UX Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that convey the user journey and interaction flow.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure design consistency.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of the design aligns with the intended user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance your skills and the quality of your work.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

Desired Candidate's Profile

• Any graduation/ Post-graduation/ Certification in the relevant industry.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional designs.
