JD For Full Stack Lead / VP Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Drive architectural decisions and set coding standards across the full stack.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor and manage engineers, conduct regular code reviews, and ensure high code quality.
• Ensure best practices in performance, security, testing, and scalability.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Evaluate new technologies and make decisions to advance our tech stack and practices.

Desired Candidates Profile

• Expert-level knowledge of

  JavaScript (ES6+)

  understanding closures, prototypes, async/await, and event loop in depth.
• Extensive experience with

  React.js

  — including hooks, context, performance optimization, and state management (Redux/Context).
• Strong backend development experience with

  Node.js

  , Express, and REST APIs.
• Proficient with

  MongoDB

  , schema design, indexing, and aggregation.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong understanding of web security, performance, and scalable architecture.
