UXUI Designer

Job Description:-

As a Designer specializing in animation, web design, and graphic design, you will:

● Create captivating and innovative designs, animations, and user interfaces for web and digital platforms that resonate with our audience and elevate the user experience.

● Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and animations using tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools such as Midjourney, Canva’s Magic Editor or similar.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content, to translate creative concepts into impactful visual designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

● Follow the design process from concept to execution, ensuring designs are user-centered, responsive, and optimized for various devices and platforms.

● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices, integrating new techniques and technologies to enhance design workflows and deliver cutting-edge results.

Requirements:

● 3 to 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience working in B2B or B2C digital agencies.

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

● Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and AI tools like Midjourney.

● Expertise in creating animations, user interfaces, and multimedia content for web and digital platforms.

● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.

● Willing to work from the office at our headquarters in Indranagar Bangalore. Preferred

Qualifications:

● Experience in UX/UI design and prototyping tools.

● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.

● Familiarity with video editing software for motion graphics and animation.
