Job Overview FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a Junior UX UI Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in UX UI design. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in design tools and processes, contributing to our mission of transforming real estate investment through user-centric design. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in Figma to create and manage designs efficiently (Mandatory skill). Experience in prototyping to simulate user interactions and interface behavior (Mandatory skill). Familiarity with Canva for designing visual content with ease (Mandatory skill). Ability to conduct user research to gather insights and improve user experience. Competency in Adobe XD for wireframing and design workflow management. Skilled in wireframing with the ability to create clear and functional designs. Understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them in practice. Strong communication skills to convey design concepts and solutions effectively to team members. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and execute user interface designs aligned with user experience goals. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user interaction. Conduct user research to gather feedback and understand user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design integration. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. Maintain design documentation and specifications for development teams to follow.
