UX UI Designer

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic and lean design team. In this role, you will work closely with the UX/UI Lead, UX Architect, and business stakeholders to deliver evidence-based, accessible, and visually engaging designs. Responsibilities - Design aesthetically pleasing and highly usable user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. - Ensure all designs are compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users. - Collaborate with the UX/UI Lead, UX Architect, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions. - Craft user-centric design deliverables such as information architecture, user flows, wireframes, annotations, and high-fidelity prototypes. - Apply UX methodologies like Heuristic Evaluation and Cognitive Walkthrough to evaluate and improve designs. - Communicate design decisions clearly with rationale backed by user data and business context. - Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and deliver under fast-paced, occasionally chaotic environments. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in UI and UX design. - Degree in Design or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. - Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). - Solid understanding of Grid systems, Typography, Iconography, and Design Systems (e.g., Material Design, Karbon, DLS 2.0). - Experience creating presentation decks for design reviews and stakeholder communication. - Strong ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs; understanding of human psychology in UX is a strong plus.
