This role involves conducting user research, designing intuitive and engaging user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build seamless digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and usability best practices. Responsibilities Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to define user needs and experiences. Design and prototype interactive experiences using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. Iterate on designs based on feedback, data insights, and user testing. Develop and maintain design systems and UI components to ensure consistency. Stay updated on UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Advocate for user-centered design decisions and accessibility in all projects. Present design concepts and rationales to internal teams and clients. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, wireframes, and prototypes. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and design systems. Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams. Bonus: Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers. Preferred Background Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in designing for web and mobile applications.
