UX Researcher

As a candidate for the User Experience Designer position, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand, research, and gather detailed requirements. - Conduct analysis to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business goals. - Create initial design drafts or wireframes based on gathered requirements. - Present designs to stakeholders for validation. - Collect feedback and implement necessary changes to refine the design. - Independently drive the end-to-end process from requirement gathering to design validation. - Hand over the approved design and requirement specifications to the development team. - Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders and development teams. - Ensure thorough understanding and documentation of all requirements. Qualifications Required: - User Research: 6 years (Required) - Usability Testing: 6 years (Required) - Prototyping and Validation: 6 years (Required) - Requirement Gathering: 5 years (Required) Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position that requires in-person work at the specified location. This job requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in User Research, Usability Testing, Prototyping, and Validation. You will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders, create design drafts, validate designs, and ensure effective communication throughout the process.,
