UX Researcher

As a User Experience Designer, your primary responsibility will be to gather requirements, design prototypes, and validate designs to ensure alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with end users and stakeholders to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand, research, and gather detailed requirements. - Conduct analysis to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business goals. - Create initial design drafts or wireframes based on gathered requirements. - Present designs to stakeholders for validation. - Collect feedback and implement necessary changes to refine the design. - Independently drive the end-to-end process from requirement gathering to design validation. - Hand over the approved design and requirement specifications to the development team. - Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders and development teams. - Ensure thorough understanding and documentation of all requirements. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in User Research, Usability Testing, Prototyping, and Validation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and drive the design process from start to finish.,
