UX Research Intern

We are searching for a mixed-methods research intern who will be responsible for understanding user behaviors and generating insights that contribute to product decisions and roadmaps. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-impact project, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to provide structure and clarity to crucial business decisions and product roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end research initiatives. This involves taking ownership of the entire research lifecycle, starting from identifying research questions that align with business objectives to delivering strategic and impactful recommendations. You will be required to plan and conduct mixed-method studies by selecting the appropriate methods for each research question, employing triangulation to produce compelling insights. Furthermore, you will be responsible for executing qualitative and quantitative research such as interviews, diary studies, surveys, literature reviews, max-diff, and log analysis throughout the product lifecycle with minimal supervision. Translating research findings into actionable insights that drive product development and broader business strategies will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with product, design, growth, and business teams is essential to ensure that insights are in line with execution. Effectively presenting insights to different stakeholders in various formats such as presentations, memos, dashboards, or working sessions is also part of the role. Please note that this is a paid internship with a tenure of 6 months. The work location for this position is Bengaluru, with work from office (WFO) required for 5 days a week.,
